Delete your Termloo account

This works in the Termloo app on iOS and Android.

1. Open Settings → Account.

2. Tap “Delete Account”.

3. Confirm with your password.

Send an email from the email address of your Termloo account to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. We will confirm the deletion by email.

If you are the administrator of a company, you cannot delete your own account directly. Do one of the following first:

• Transfer the admin role to another person: Settings → Account → “Transfer Admin Role”. You can then delete your account as described above.

• Delete the entire company: Settings → Account → “Delete Company”.

• Your account is deactivated immediately. You can no longer sign in.

• After 30 days, your account is permanently deleted, including your profile data (name, email address, phone number, date of birth), your login data, your push notification device tokens and your own content.

• Within these 30 days, you can have the deletion reversed by contacting our support.

• If a company is deleted, its administrator can restore it for 365 days. After that, all data of the company is permanently removed.

We keep data that we are legally required to retain, for example invoices and billing records, which German commercial and tax law requires us to keep for up to 10 years. This data is used only for that purpose and is blocked from any other use.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Please cancel your subscription in the respective store before deleting your account.
